SYMBALOO. Organize your favourite things

Good afternoon! Today I come to talk to you about "Symbaloo", a free tool that helps us organize all those important websites, links and pages that we want to keep in mind in our daily lives.

When you register for Symbaloo you have a grid-shaped page with different buttons, which you must link to the page you want. They can be put in various colors to create a more classy and understandable view.

It also allows you to create different themed screens called "webmixes", which you can share publicly with other users via email.

Now that we are on the final stretch of the course, and therefore the subject is coming to an end, I would like to share with you my web pages, which I have been filling out throughout the semester and are therefore almost ready.

I wanted to divide it into 5 different webmixes, which are:

1. Teachers

2. Web pages for children

3. To create

4. Stories and songs

5. Anna's PLE

1- TEACHERS

In this section you will find all kinds of tools that are available to any teacher of Early Childhood and Primary Education, such as: calendar, Google Meet, Zoom, Gmail, pages and blogs useful for the sessions, etc.

2- WEB PAGES FOR CHILDREN

Next, on this screen you will find different web pages for the use of children, such as: JClic, InfoK, Super3, BrainPop, among others.

3- TO CREATE

The third webmix consists of different tool buttons to create your own designs, some of which would be: Canva, Genially, etc.

4- STORIES AND SONGS

A good teacher needs good teaching materials, such as stories and songs. The songs are from five different "groups", which are broken down vertically in each column. The stories are varied, mostly in Catalan. We can find it in English and Spanish.

5- ANNA'S PLE

Finally, we find my personal screen, with everything I like and use frequently, such as: Netflix (at night does not fail), Rialles (a non-profit association of which I am a volunteer), my profiles of social media, songs I listen everyday, as well as people I consider role models.

All the backgrounds are allocated specifically for each webmix highlighting the last one, that of my PLE. The Little Prince is my essence, he can't identify me anymore.

Once you have finished the Symbaloo with all the screens I just showed, they will have to be shared publicly one by one, in order to reach everyone.

I consider Symbaloo to be an app that makes it easy and saves you time, where you can have everything you need and want at the click of a mouse. I didn’t know her, but now that I know her I can guarantee she is very helpful. And you, what are you waiting for to organize your favourite things?
